# Privacy and terms

sigelo.io is run by its pseudonymous maintainer, csigelo, on a server in the EU.

- **Logs:** your address cut to its network (/24, /48), user agent, `Accept` header and path, kept 30 days. No cookies, no scripts, no third parties.
- **World service:** keeps the attestations it issues (public by design once their holder presents them) and single-use nonces for five minutes; no client address.
- **Statistics** are private. There are no accounts.
- **Questions and data requests:** [`contact@sigelo.io`](mailto:contact@sigelo.io), receive-only; replies come over [SimpleX](/contact.md).

## Terms

The site, the world service and the remote MCP endpoint are free, need no account, and are provided as is, without warranty. They may be rate-limited, changed or withdrawn; attestations already issued stay verifiable offline. Abuse, such as automated bulk attestation farming or attacks, gets blocked.
